Refund policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – GamingWarehouse.com.au

At Gaming Warehouse, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Please choose carefully. As our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers via Dropshipzone, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Exceptions may apply if the supplier allows it, but restocking fees and return shipping costs may be charged.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items if they:

  • Arrive damaged in transit.

  • Are faulty or defective.

  • Are incorrect items sent due to a supplier error.

To lodge a claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@gamingwarehouse.com.au.

  2. Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will liaise with the supplier to arrange a resolution.

Depending on the situation, the resolution may include:

  • A replacement item (subject to stock availability).

  • A full or partial refund.

  • Store credit.

Return Process

  • Do not return items directly to Gaming Warehouse without authorisation. Returns must follow the supplier’s return instructions, which we will provide once your claim is approved.

  • Customers are responsible for packaging the item securely for return shipping.

  • In cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by the supplier.

Refund Timeframes

  • Once a return is approved and processed by our supplier, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to supplier restrictions, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or altered.

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Personal-use items such as headsets or in-ear devices, unless faulty.

This policy does not replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
